This page is for internal use only. It identifies the main target profiles for selling AI Infusion services.
Our ideal customer:
If any of those fail, risk increases dramatically.
High-Volume Operational Service Providers
Includes:
Sales deck here
Insurance companies
Workflows:
Not interested in insurance Brokers, Claim Adjusters, Reinsurance. These are less about labor, more about relationships and field work.
Logistics operators
There is a lot of human involvement and exception handling. Real world is not very rule-based.
Legal firms
Tons of potential, but they bill by the hour. How long before this industry transforms to be result-oriented? Also, ROIs and KPIs are much more vague
Tax and bookkeeping
They also bill by the hour. Large tax factories are already rather high-tech and will likely use their own IT for AI transformation.
Technology companies or those with strong internal IT
They will engage for phase 1 and then take over subsequent work.
Small firms
If we replace 5 FTEs with AI, it may never pay for itself.
R&D firms
There is little repetitive there
Banks and Government
Too conservative. Sales cycle and vetting may take years and not lead anywhere
IT Consulting Firms
They are competitors
Hospitals, Doctors
If they provide care, that's not our client. Their RCM functions are of interest to us, but those are typically outsourced.
Highly political and regulated.
